The Wizard of Oz

Hi, everyone. Few days ago, we watched "The Wizard of Oz." This movie is based on the book written by L. Frank Baum. This movie is made in 1939, so it is really old. This movie is classical fantasy, and I think this movie is very interesting because it's full of songs and dances. The most remarkable part among the singing was when Dorothy sang "Over the Rainbow."
At the beginning of the movie, someone took Dorothy's dog, Toto, but Toto jumps off the bicycle and came back home. However, the hurricane reached Kansas and in her dream, she dreams of Oz. Every time she goes to one place to another, she meets new friend. She met Tin Man, a lion, and a scarecrow. Dorothy and her friends went to Oz and met the Wizard of Oz. At the end of this movie, Tin Man gets heart, a lion gets courage, and the scarecrow gets brain. This movie ends with Dorothy waking up from her dream.
The main characters are Dorothy, Tin Man, scarecrow, a lion, Toto, god witch and a bad witch. This movie basically happens at Kansas and Oz.
I think this movie, "The Wizard of Oz" is a little bit boring since it was made in 1939, but I liked some parts where Dorothy sings "Over the Rainbow" and when they sang and danced every time the new friend joined. I think this movie required very hard effort and creativity. Two things that I learned from this movie was hard work and friendship. I learned to never give up and try your best to achieve your goal. Every time they were in trouble, they never gave up and tried their best to achieve their goal which was to meet Wizard of Oz and get brain, courage, and heart. Also, I learned to always believe in your friends and help each other. There were a lot of times when they faced new problems. However, they helped each other like when they rescued Toto from the bad witch, and gave each other bravery and energy so that they could achieve their dreams.
I think this movie give us good lessons, so I highly recommend it.
